Our Mission

Our mission is to increase the effectiveness of missionaries and reduce their attrition rate. We do this by caring for the relational, emotional, and spiritual needs of Christian workers so they can spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as effectively as possible, to as many as possible, for as long as possible.

Our Goals

Reduce the attrition of missionaries, due to spiritual, emotional, or relational difficulties.

Help mission agencies improve the quality of care they provide their members.

Develop effective and sustainable means of care for missionaries, by missionaries, at the closest point of need.

Encourage and strengthen the next generation of those who care for Christian workers.

Our Core Values

We are committed to equipping and strengthening the church in its care of the missionaries it supports.

Our orientation is pastoral as we look to Jesus as the source of all care, healing, and comfort.

We are all created in God’s image, and we are all designed to reflect that image well, even in the midst of difficulties.

The best care takes place in the context of relationships.

We value the unique gifts of each member of the body of Christ in providing varying levels of care to Christian workers.
